Ann Filipos

I have been a Realtor for ten years and during that time have sold property in Portland, Scarborough, Cape Elizabeth, South Portland, Cumberland, and Falmouth. Coastal Maine is my specialty–including the islands. Because my family has a long history of spending summers on Peaks Island, I know the islands well and have worked with buyers and sellers to both locate and sell property in Casco Bay. I have 22 years of experience in marketing, advertising, and project management. Selling a home is an important financial decision, and it’s my goal to ensure that the home buying and selling process is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. I am a member of the Greater Portland Board of Realtors, Maine Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. I live in Cape Elizabeth and enjoy spending time with my family. You will often see me out running in the South Portland/Cape Elizabeth neighborhoods with my dog.
